Muzaffarnagar violence: governor blames UP govt.



Muzaffarnagar:  Four BJP MLAs and a Congress leader are among 40 people booked for rioting in Muzaffarnagar in western U.P, where 26 people were killed in communal clashes over the weekend. Despite curfew being imposed in three districts and 800 Army soldiers patrolling the area, 13 people were killed in violence yesterday in six different villages. 
In his report to the Centre, Governor B L Joshi has reportedly blamed Akhilesh Yadav led state government for the clashes.
